The Blue Tierra Chocolate Cafe specializes in handcrafted chocolates,
desserts and pastries. To complement these we have single
origin coffees, loose leaf teas, and chocolate elixirs.
Our cafe menu offers sweet crepes, daily pastries and cookies.

We have created a globally inspired line of truffles infused with spices
and flavors from around the world. Stop into our cafe and you
will hear a range of world music from Brazilian acoustic to Afro funk.
The global theme runs deep in our business.

We want Blue Tierra to be a place to come and enjoy an endless array
of chocolate delights, but we also want to make sure we are protecting
the earth at the same time. We are in the process of becoming a certified
green commercial kitchen. We feel that it is important to not only excel
at meeting our customers needs, but also to exhibit
conscientiousness in all our business practices.
